In march Energoinstal S.A. concluded two meaningful agreements:
• a contract with consortium of two companies: Baumgarte Boiler Systems GmbH – on execution and delivery of three boilers for utilization of municipal waste in Bernburg Germany and Standardkessel GmbH for its assembly.
• a contract with Baumagrte Boiler Systems GmbH on execution, delivery and assembly of boiler for utilization of municipal waste in Stade Germany. General amount of those two contracts is: 16.867.900,00 €.

At 29.02.2008 in head-quarter Energoinstal S.A. had place a visit of His Excellency Ambassador of Bosnia and Herzegovina in Poland Mr. Zoran Skenderi. The meeting has courtesy character and concerns eventually commercial cooperation between Energoinstal S.A. and companies form Bosnia and Herzegovina.
After unusually, great a whale of a game, lots of spectacular victories - I League football team Energoinstal S.A. gained a football championship of Silesian Hall League Red Box and finally proved their advantage over other teams. Congratulation for all competitors!

-After the final ending of the first stage of the implementation works of SAP, with use of the Sprint method, the Company has undertaken work in the new system. The main target of then implementation of this system is the introduction of international standards of accountance and management in order to achieve a higher efficiency and value of then Company.
-The construction of the production and store hall of ENERGOINSTAL S.A. in Katowice, Al.Roździeńskiego 188d has been ended. The hall with the dimensions of 30x40m and the height at the top of 11,9m has been equipped with two overhead cranes with the capacity of lifting of 12 tons each. The total surface of the hall amounts to 4200m2, 2580m2 of it is the production surface and 1620m2 the storage surface.
-On January 22.2008 in the seat of ENERGOINSTAL S.A. a club meeting of the Katowice Lodge of the Members of Business Center Club had place. The guests of the meeting were between the others, prof. Dariusz Filar (the Councel of the Monetary Policy) and Maciej Reluga (the Chief Economist of BZ WBK S.A.).

-In the result of the Vith edition of the “Foreign Markets” Competition under patronage of the Minister of Economy, of the Polish Republic, the ENERGOINSTAL S.A. Company has gained the title of INDIVIDUALITY OF the MERKURY MARKET 2007 in the FIRMA category. The gained award means between the others, the picture of the Company as a firm, which has an unconventional attitude to the market problems.
-The building site of EVI Europark in Emlicheim in Germany has been finished. The works realized by ENERGOINSTAL S.A. during the time from 12.02.2007 to 20.12.2007 included particularly the mounting of fire grates, fuel fending system, ash disposal, deslagging, water cooling system of grate bars with heat exchangers, cooling as well as the air canals system (the primary air under grate and the secondary into the combustion chamber of the boiler).

-On the building site in Frankfurt the assembling work of the boiler pressure part was begun on 19.11.2007.
-The beginning of the first stage of introduction works of the SAP System in the SPRINT method. This stage includes the key-ranges of the company activity, such as: management of fluency as the principal functionality, finances and controlling, through the durable goods and warehouse with purchasing and purchasing management. The next stage of implementation is foreseen for the year 2008 and it will include the management of projects as well as the management of the personnel.
-On November 9.2007 in the Production Department of Pressure Elements, of ENERGOINSTAL S.A. a solemn setting in motion of a new machine for production of tight wall panels, has taken place.
