2010, March 2nd - INTERBUD-WEST Sp. z o.o. forming part of ENERGOINSTAL S.A. Capital Group signed an agreement with Państwowa Wyższa Szkoła Zawodowa (State Vocational College) in Gorzów Wielkopolski for execution of works in the investment task "Reconstruction of the building no 3 for the needs of Państwowa Wyższa Szkoła Zawodowa in Gorzów Wielkopolski".
Gross lump-sum renumeration amounts to 6.916.119,84 PLN.

Energetyka Cieplna Opolszczyzny chose an offer "Heat source reconstruction in Opole - building a cogeneration system" of the consortium of companies ENERGOINSTAL S.A. (Leader of the consortium) and Warbud S.A. (Partner of the consortium) within the public procurement procedure.
Gross price: 73 697 760 PLN.
ENERGOINSTAL S.A. participation in works and renumeration amounts to 75%.
Execution date: 24 month.

President of the Board ENERGOINSTAL S.A. Mr. Stanisław Więcek was honored with a prestigious award "Crystal laurel of abilities and competence".
The laurel is awarded to distiguishing personalities, which follow timeless values and become a part of the history of mankind.

2009, November 19th - Polish Exporters Association honored ENERGOINSTAL S.A. with a Medal "Outstanding Exporter of the Year 2009". This award is a proof of recognition of the company`s export performance and its contribution to building a positive image of Poland on the international stage.

2009, October 26th - Conclusion of the 1st edition of Silesian Governor competition "Ślaskie na 5". Energoinstal S.A. was nominated in the category ECOLOGY.
President of the Board Mr. Stanisław Więcek was also nominated in the category INNOVATION.
2009, October 23rd - TÜV Rheinland Polska Sp. z o.o. honored ENERGOINSTAL S.A. with a statuette awarded to distinguishing companies on the Polish market, with special attention to the quality of products.
2009, October 8th - INTERBUD-WEST Sp. z o.o. forming part of ENERGOINSTAL S.A. Capital Group, signed an agreement with the City of Gorzów Wielkopolski, for design and execution of works in the investment task “Increasing the capacity of the city`s cultural - tourism through the construction of the Nadwarciański boulevard east in Gorzów Wielkopolski - Stage III".
Gross contract value amounts to PLN 9 381 693.
