AUGUST 2010
- Once again ENERGOINSTAL SA received the award.
August 29th, Promnice, BCC Silesian Gala, granting of Silesian Business Caesars.
Awards for the best companies in our region.
ENERGOINSTAL SA recognized for the continuous development and strong market position,
was granted the Gold Diamond to the Statuette of Silesian Business Caesar.
- Mr. Stanisław Więcek, President of the Board joined the works of the Council of Regional Chamber of Commerce in Katowice. The role of the Council is to take initiatives to state bodies and local self-government, with aim to promote economic development and growth of the country, especially the Silesian Region.
JULY 2010
- The Centre of Innovative Laser Technologies, multimillion investment (nearly PLN 32 million) is now virtually complete. Lines for laser welding of ribbed pipes have been used in production for several months now, alongside with the modern laboratory. Presently are in progress the launching works and synchronization of the line for laser welding of membrane walls which due to its prototype solution are time consuming. The official opening of the Centre is planned for autumn 2010.
- ENERGOINSTAL S.A. once again appreciated in Finland.
July 19th 2010. The agreement was signed with Baumgarte Boiler Systems GmbH for manufacture and installation of steam boiler in WTE Oulu Plant waste incinerator, Oulu, Finland. Net agreement value amounts to EUR 5 595 000,00.

- Mr. Stanisław Więcek, President of the Board become the Deputy Chairman of the Regional Chamber of Commerce in Katowice. This nomination is a great honour and is only granted to personalities from the world of politics, business and sciences. The Council is chaired by Mr. Janusz Steinhoff.
- 2010, June 23rd - "Interbud-West" Sp. z o.o., company`s subsidiary concluded the agreement with community/city of Gorzów Wielkopolski - Sport and Recreation Centre in Gorzów Wielkopolski for design and execution of works associated with the investment "expansion of the speedway stadium" in Gorzów Wielkopolski. Gross agreement value amounts at PLN: 20.064.127,87.
- 2010, June 21st - Company`s subsidiary "Interbud-West" Sp. z o.o. concluded the agreement with Kaufland Polska Markety Sp. z o.o. Sp. K. for the construction of self-service store - Kaufland on the property located in Gorzów Wielkopolski. The agreement concerns the turnkey execution of the building, external devices, reconstruction of Matejki street and sewage construction. Agreement value amounts to PLN 30,5 mio. Net.
- ENERGOINSTAL S.A. increases its activity in the domestic market.
June 16th 2010. Information was received from KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. on the selection of the offer of ENERGOINSTAL S.A. in the tender procedure concerning the selection of the contractor of the task: ”Execution, delivery, installation, launching and servicing two equal steam turbines - Building Gas-steam blocks in EC Głogów and EC Polkowice”. Gross offer value: PLN 53 391 680,00
- Regional Chamber of Commerce in Katowice granted Mr. Stanisław Więcek, President of the Board of ENERGOINSTAL S.A. with the title of "Silesian Economic Leader". This award was given in recognition of tremendous achievements in the modern business conduct, continued restructuring and exceptional care for employees.

- 2010, May 20th - The agreement was signed for execution of "reconstruction of heat sources in Opole - construction of high efficiency cogeneration" for Energetyka Cieplna Opolszczyzny S.A.
Energoinstal S.A. will implement this project as Consortium Leader along with WARBUD S.A.
- Energoinstal S.A. was granted the title of "Ambassador of Polish Economy" in the category "21st century solution creator". This distinction is granted to companies of high degree of innovation, promoting Polish economy by offergin own innovative products or services so far not presented in the world. The competition was organised by Business Centre Club under the patronage of Minister of Foreign Affairs.

- ENERGOINSTAL S.A. made a purchase of 66 % Energorem Sp. z.o.o. shares in Gorzow Wielkopolski and 100 % of El-Gor Sp. z.o.o. shares in Gorzow Wielkopolski. Energorem Sp. z.o.o. company profile includes repair of facilities and power generation industry equipment like: pulverised, stoker, water and gas fired boilers, turbines, manufacturing and assembly of steel structures and pipelines.
El-Gor Sp. z o.o. company profile includes works with building transmission pipelines, distribution networks, telecommunication lines, construction of electrical installations, as well as repair and maintenance of electrical equipment.
The acquired companies constitute an excellent complement to the ENERGOINSTAL S.A. Capital Group.
